2022-2023 Season
Lam started the season at the 31^st Annual Vanguard Invitational, competing in the 5k and finishing with a time of 24:31.4…also competed in the Cougar Challenge 2022 in the 6k event and set a time of 29:00.05…Lam competed in the 6k event at the 2022 Pomona-Pitzer XC Invitational and set a personal record with a time of 28:06.4…also competed in the Jessup Warrior Invitational 5k and finished with a time of 23:53.9…she closed out the season at the California Pacific Conference Cross Country Championships, competing in the 3.1M and finishing with a time of 22:01.1…held a job as an Admissions Assistant. 

2021-2022 Season
Competed in the Titan Invite and set a collegiate best of 21:02.7 in the 5k…also completed in the Soka Indoor Qualifier and set a personal college best in the mile event of 6:10.48…Lam closed out the season at the California Pacific Conference Championships setting two personal college bests in the 800m and the 1500m with times of 2:41.78 and 5:45.03.
 
2020-2021 Season
The 2020-2021 season was canceled due to COVID-19.
 
High School
Graduated from Rosemead High School…competed four years of varsity Track and Field for the Panthers…received the Most Improved Athlete and MVP Awards…qualified for both the CIF Prelims and Finals…member of the National Honor Society...served on both the Ecology Club and the Debate Club…earned Mission Valley League Second Team award.
