2015-2016 Season
Competed in the pole vault for the Lions earning a season best mark of 11' 5.75" at the Cal Pac Invitational where she also earned a first place finish...Smith earned a bid to the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships... awarded SUA's Female Track and Field Most Outstanding Athlete award at the SUA Athletics Banquet...studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain during the Fall 2015 semester... worked on campus for the Soka Performing Arts Center.  

2014-2015 Season
Competed in the pole vault for the Lions earning a season best, personal best, and new school record with mark of 11'9.75" at the Occidental Collegiate Invitational where she also earned a seventh place finish....Smith earned a bid to the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships... awarded SUA's Female Track and Field Most Outstanding Athlete award at the SUA Athletics Banquet... worked on campus for the Soka Performing Arts Center.  

2013-2014 Season
Competed in the pole vault for the Lions earning a season best mark of 11' 3.75" at the Oxy Invitational where she also earned also earned a seventh place finish.

High School
Attended Orange Lutheran High School for three years prior to transferring to Huntington Beach High School for her senior year...three year varsity track and field team member for the Orange Lutheran...one year varsity track and field team member for Huntington Beach High School...competed in CIF all four seasons receiving both athletic and academic awards...won several dual meets, placed at CIF, and was the regional Junior Olympic Champion for pole vault.

Personal
Born in Huntington Beach, California...parents Lydia Smith-Davis and John Davis...two older sisters, Lani and Hana...member of the High Flyers Pole Vault Club since eighth grade...also considered attending San Diego State University and Long Beach State University before committing to Soka...concentrating in Social and Behavioral Science while at SUA...plans to work in substance abuse treatment, specifically art therapy upon graduating from Soka...studying Spanish and French... also enjoys art, surfing, snowboarding, hiking and being outdoors.
