Nakazaki placed 16th at the Cal Pac Women’s Cross Country Championships with a time of 29:17.8. She ran 29:08.0 at the Pomona-Pitzer XC Invite (75th), 29:38.4 at The Master’s Invitational (211th), and 27:58.4 at the Cougar Challenge (145th). Nakazaki opened her season with a 5k time of 23:43.5 at the Biola Invitational, placing 118th.
