Katsukawa placed 16th at the Cal Pac Men’s Cross Country Championships with a time of 29:51.5. Earlier in the season, he recorded a time of 30:30.1 at the Pomona-Pitzer XC Invite (63rd), 29:46.1 at The Master’s Invitational (206th), 29:32.1 at the Cougar Challenge (146th), and 29:19.1 at the Biola Invitational (114th). Katsukawa opened the season at the Seawolf Invitational 4-mile race, placing 59th in 24:47.3.
