2021-2022 Season
Completed at the Soka Indoor Qualifier and set a college best of 7.97 seconds in the 60m…Castillo completed in the Cal State LA Twilight and set a collegiate best in the 100m with a time of 12.22 seconds…also participated in the California Pacific Conference Championships completing in the 200m and setting another college best of 24.32 seconds…served as a member of the Españolisimos Social Club…held a job as an archivist.

2020-2021 Season
The 2020-2021 season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2019-2020 Season
Joined the track team as a first-year student, but did not compete prior to the season ending down due to COVID-19.
High School
Graduated from Olney Friends School... played three years of varsity soccer for the Blue & White... received the Sportsmanship Award.
Personal
Born and raised in Monteverde, Costa Rica... parents Tarsicio Castillo and Marianela Moreira... three siblings; Ipsilan, Surya, and Huayra... concentrating his studies on Humanities and International Studies while at SUA... also studying Japanese... speaks Spanish... hobby outside of Track & Field is soccer.
