2019-2020 Season
Cross Country: Ran in five meets for the Lions, including posting a 72^nd place finish at the Cal Pac Championships in Fresno, CA.
Indoor Track: Set a school record in the 300m at the Mangrum Preview meet in San Marcos, CA with a time of 35.95 seconds... also set a personal best at the Soka Indoor Qualifier in the 400m with a time of 51.26 seconds... named one of Soka Athletics' Lions of the Month for the month of January... named Soka Track's Most Outstanding Male Athlete at the annual Soka Athletics banquet. 

2018-2019 Season
Indoor Track: Competed at the Soka Indoor Qualifier, running a personal best 7.18 seconds for the 60m.
Outdoor Track: Competed at six meets... ran personal best times at the Team 4 Titus & Ely Meet (100m – 11.43 seconds), the Cal State L.A. Twilight Open (200m – 22.97 seconds), and the Oxy Invitational (400m – 51.59 seconds).


High School
Graduated from SDA Senior High School...played recreational soccer in high school...was school's valedictorian.

Personal
Born in Agona, Ghana...moved to Kumasi at age 5...parents Esther Gyasi Pokuaah and Kingsley Sarkodie...three siblings; Kwaku, Akua, and Kwadwo...before choosing Soka as his home, considered attending Cornell University, Columbia University, and Occidental College...plans to concentrate in Environmental Studies...currently learning French...hobbies include: Drawing.
