2019-2020 Season
Cross Country: Competed in five meets... set a personal best finish in the 5k of 20:56.6 at the Coyote Challenge (CSU San Bernadino)... Placed 25^th at the Cal Pac Championships in Fresno, CA.
Indoor Track: Competed in two meets during the indoor season... set personal best finishes in the 3000m and 1 Mile with times of 12:36.27 (Mangrum Invitational- San Marcos, CA) and 6:05.89 (Soka Indoor Qualifier) respectively.

2018-2019 Season
Indoor Track: Competed at the Soka Indoor Qualifier... set a personal best finish in the 1 mile race with a final time of 6:12.92.
Outdoor Track: Competed in six meets... set a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:39.34 at the Triton Invitational (UC San Diego).

High School
Otsuka attended Soka High School in Tokyo, Japan...played on high school's handball team for three years...junior high played on softball team that was awarded as Champion of Fukuoka prefecture...Otsuka also was a leader in some events on campus.

Personal
Born in Fukuoka, Japan...parents Katsuoshi and Motoko Otsuka, father played baseball in college...siblings Masaki (also attends Soka) and Yasuko...Soka was the only school Otsuka considered before attending...fluent in Japanese and English, currently studying Spanish...at Soka, Otsuka is studying Humanities and Social and Behavioral Science...hobbies include cooking and watching movies.
