2019-2020 Season
Cross Country: Joined Cross Country for the first time as a junior... competed in five meets... posted a personal best for the 5k event of 23:36.2 at the Coyote Challenge (CSU San Bernadino) and a 37^th place finish at the Cal Pac Championships in Fresno, CA.

2018-2019 Season
Indoor Track: Joined track for the first time as a sophomore at Soka University... competed at the Soka Indoor Qualifier, running the 800m in 2:44.06.
Outdoor Track: Competed in four outdoor track meets setting personal bests in the 800m and 400m of 2:41.90 (Triton Invitational - UC San Diego) and 1:07.50 (Team 4 Titus and Ely Meet – Concordia University).

High School
Graduated from American International School of Lusaka... received an academic scholarship for her high school.

Born and raised in Lusaka, Zambia... parents Towani and Yumba... three siblings; Khoza, Mwansa, and Bwembya... concentrating in Environmental Studies and Spanish at SUA... hobbies outside of cross country and Track & Field include hiking.
