2024-2025 Season
Cowan had a strong season contributing in multiple events. She posted season bests in the 100 IM (1:08.36) and the 50 Fly (28.55)… placed in the top 10 in several meets, including 3rd in the 50 Free and 100 Free splits at the Pioneer Classic… earned top finishes at the GSAC Championship with 2nd place in the 400 IM (4:47.79), 2nd in the 200 Fly (2:17.98), and 3rd in the 200 IM (2:19.83)… also contributed solidly in relays and consistently improved her times across multiple stroke events.
