Rydberg competed at the 2022 Bruin Invitational in the 50 Free, 100 Free, and 100 Back; setting times of 29.29 in the 50 Free, 1:07.23 in the 100 Free, and 1:22.66 in the 100 Back…also competed in the 2022 PCSC Pentathlon in the 50 Back and finishing with a season best of 40.00…Rydberg also competed at the 2023 Pacific Collegiate Swim Conference in the 100 Breast, finishing and setting a season best of 1:43.45…served as a member of the Ghungroo club.
