2024-2025 Season
Holt delivered a strong season across sprint free, fly, and breaststroke events, highlighted by a win in the 200 Breast (2:07.91) at the GSAC Championship and a personal best 58.53 in the 100 Breast at the PCSC Championship, placing 14th overall… also posted a 22.12 in the 50 Free at PCSCs and split a 48.52 in the 100 Free on the 400 Free Relay… made the finals in both breaststroke events at the Pioneer Classic, placing 3rd in the 100 Breast (59.20) and 4th in the 200 Breast (2:11.14)… recorded season bests in all three fly distances, including a 54.06 in the 100 Fly and 2:06.59 in the 200 Fly… consistently led off breaststroke legs on medley relays, splitting as fast as 26.52 (50 Breast) and 58.47 (100 Breast).

2022-2023 Season
Holt competed at the 2023 Pacific Collegiate Swim Conference in the 50 Free and 100 Breast, finishing with times 23.42 in the 50 Free and 58.56 in the 100 Breast…also competed in the 2022 Bruin Invitational in the 100 Free (50.90), 100 Back (1:02.84), 200 Breast (2:07.89), and the 200 IM (2:03.12)…Holt also competed at the 2022 PCSC Pentathlon in the 50 Back, 50 Breast,  and 50 Fly, setting season best in all three events with times of 29.49 in the 50 Back, 28.40 in the 50 Breast, and 26.63 in the 50 Fly…competed in the 100 Fly and the 100 IM at the SOKA v Lake Forest College event, finishing with times of 57.37 in the 100 Fly and 58.72 in the 100 IM…also competed in the Slug Shootout 2022 on Day 1 in the 400 IM, finishing with a time of 4:43.31…Holt also represented Soka University of America at the NAIA National Championships.

2021-2022 Season
Competed in the 2021 Bulldog Pentathlon to begin the year, swimming in the 100 Back, 100 Fly, and 100 IM, setting college best times of 1:03.81 in the 100 Back, 57.64 in the 100 Fly, and 59.58 in the 100 IM…also competed at the 2021 Logger Invite, setting college bests in the 100 Free (52.13), and the 400 IM (4:49.04)… competed at the Soka Senior Meet in the 50 Free, setting another college best of 23.48… while competing at the 2022 Pacific Collegiate Swim Conference meet, Holt competed in the 200 IM, setting another college best of 2:04.08 and broke the school record in the 200 Breast with a record time of 2:12.58…Holt also set a school record in the 100 Breast at the 2022 NAIA National Championships with a time of 59.36…Holt (200; 26.49, 400; 59.70) set two more school records with Anthony Stewart, Zachary Holt, and Sean Li in the 200 and 400 Medley Relays, swimming the breaststroke in the second leg of both relays… also served as a member of S.A.A.C. at Soka University…Holt was awarded the 2021-22 Men’s Swimming Most Outstanding at the Soka Athletics Banquet.
 
High School
Graduated from North Bend High School…multi-sport athlete, playing soccer and golf and competing in swim and cross country on varsity for four years.

Born and raised in Coos Bay, Oregon…parents; Tom and Norika Holt…two sisters; Meg and Sasha…concentrating in Life Sciences and studying Japanese at Soka University of America…when not competing, hobbies include golf.
