2022-2023 Season
Competed in the 2023 Soka Indoor Qualifier in the 60H event and finished with a time of 10.79…Chung also competed at the Occidental Distance Carnival and Spring Break Classic in the Long Jump event with a distance of 4.33m…following this she competed at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Meet in 100m (14.34) and the Long Jump (4.30m)…Chung also competed in the Long Jump and the 100m at the Team 4 Titus and Ely Invitational, finishing with 4.59m and a time of 14.10 in the 100M…also competed in the Whittier Twilight in both the 100m and the Long Jump, finishing with a time of 14.27 and a distance of 4.51m…Chung competed in the Long Jump event and the 100m at the Cal State LA Twilight, finishing with a distance of 4.56 and setting a personal best of 14.24 in the 100m…she closed out the season at the CalPac Championships 2023 competing in the 100H and the Long Jump, finishing with a time of 16.66 and a distance of 4.67m…Chung studied abroad during Fall 2022 in Osaka, Japan. 

2021-2022 Season
Chung competed in the Westmont College Sunshine Invite, Soka Indoor Qualifier, 2022 Occidental Distance Carnival and Spring Break Classic, Ross and Sharon Irwin Meet, 2022 Team 4 Titus and Ely Invitational, 2022 Pomona-Pitzer T&F Invite, Cal State LA Twilight, and the California Pacific Conference Championships…at the Westmont College Sunshine Invite setting a college best in the 60m with a time of 8.71 seconds…another college best was set at the Soka Indoor Qualifier in the 60H with a time of 9.78 seconds…Chung also set two more personal college bests at the 2022 Team 4 Titus and Ely Invitational in the HJ with a height of 1.49 meters and the 100H with a time of 15.82 seconds…also set another personal best at the California Pacific Conference Championships in the LJ with a distance of 4.82 meters.
 
High School
Graduated from Arnold O. Beckman High School…competed for four years on the varsity Track and Field team and one year of basketball as a Patriot...placed 1^st in pole vault at the Orange County T&F Championship in 2019…1^st place at the Pacific Coast League Varsity Girls in pole vault…member of Girl Scouts…member of the Esports Club.

Born and raised in Irvine, California…parents Rebecca Reason and Arthur Chung; Arthur played football, basketball, and competed in Track and Field…one sister; Lauren Chung…competed for LEAP Squad Track Club, Lane 4 Track Club, and Higher Fliers PV Club…also considered attending Occidental University, Pomona-Pitzer University, and the University of Redlands before committing to be a Lion…concentrating in Environmental Studies and studying Japanese at SUA…speaks French…hobbies include playing videogames.
