Soka University

Jenny Carrillo is the Head Athletic Trainer at Soka University of America for all 8 Intercollegiate NAIA sports. She oversees the daily rehabilitation, treatment and evaluation duties for all student athlete's and teams.  Jenny has been the Head Athletic Trainer at Soka University since 2010. 

She previously worked as a per diem athletic trainer for the cast members at Disneyland from 2008-2010.  Prior to that she spent 5 years working as a Senior Assistant Athletic Trainer at UCLA working with Women's Basketball, Women's Tennis, Softball, Men's and Women's Cross Country and Men's Waterpolo teams. 

Jenny is certified in Graston Technique, Functional Movement Screening, and is a Corrective Exercise Specialist.  She is certified in CPR as a Professional Rescuer.

In 2000 she earned her B.A. from University of the Pacific in Athletic Training while also being a student-athlete on the softball team.  And in 2003 she earned her M.A. in Exercise Physiology from California State University Fresno.

Jenny lives in San Clemente, with her family of 2 daughters, Cali and Hailey.  Jenny loves to surf, play sports, run, travel and enjoys camping with her family.
