Class of 2007 track and field runner Lisa Saperstein was coached by track & field coach Scott Slade who was Lisa’s coach for her first three years as a Lion. After coach Slade left SUA, Lisa was coached by former head coach Karla Bailey.

Lisa laid the foreground for not only the female track & field athletes to come after her, but for Soka Athletes in general. Saperstein set countless records, four of which still have not been broken.

She is passed her bar exam in 2014 and aspires to be an advocate in Environmental Law.
