ALISO VIEJO, CA- The Soka University Lions dropped their match against the Westcliff Warriors 6-0 on Thursday evening at the Lions' Den Soccer Stadium. Tonight's results bring the Lions to 2-9-2overall and 2-5-1 in Cal Pac Conference play.

Westcliff got on the scoreboard early, scoring their first goal in the eighth minute of the match. The Warriors would then score in the 18^th, 30^th, 46^th, 58^th,  and 77^th minutes to give their side the 6-0 win.

Soka's Mallorie Barteua and Kaitlyn Sagastume both took one shot on the day, while senior goalkeeper Sasha Brafman made seven saves on the day.

The Lions will return home on Sunday, October 16, 2022, to host La Sierra University. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m.
