Cross Country Releases 2025 Schedule

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. – As the 2025 cross country season begins, the Soka University of America Lions are set to embark on a new chapter in program history competing in the Great Southwest Athletic Conference (GSAC) for the first time. Both the men's and women's teams are coming off strong showings in 2024, finishing second overall at the Cal Pac Championship meet, and now look to carry that momentum into a fresh and competitive conference slate.

Soka's 2025 schedule opens with the Biola Invitational on September 12 at Ted Craig Regional Park in Fullerton. The team will then compete in The Master's Invitational on September 20 in Santa Clarita, a key mid-season meet that will provide a preview of GSAC competition.
The month of October brings two more tune-up races as the postseason approaches. On October 4, Soka will compete at the Pomona Pitzer Invitational in Claremont. Two weeks later on October 18, the Lions will toe the line at the UC Riverside Highlander Invitational, offering a flat, fast layout that could yield personal bests.

The regular season builds toward the GSAC Championship on November 7, hosted by Arizona Christian University in Glendale, Arizona.
