2019-2020 Season
Played in 16 matches for the Lions... scored 15 goals... assisted in 10... totaled 40 points on the season... took 82 shots, finding frame 39 times for a .476 shots on goal percentage... scored four goals in a single match twice during the season... ended the season with eight NAIA national rankings... ranked 6th in shots per game (5.130)... ranked 14th in shots on goal per game... ranked 14th in points per game (2.5)... ranked 15th in assists per game (.630)... ranked 20th in goals per game (.940)... ranked 24th in total points (40)... ranked 29th in total goals (15)... ranked 33 in total assists (10)... named Cal Pac Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Oct. 2 and on Nov. 6... named to the Second Team All Cal Pac Conference...

2018-2019 Season
Played and started in 18 matches for the Lions... scored 9 goals and assisted 9 for a total of 27 points throughout the season... earned Cal Pac Honorable mention for his stellar debut season for the Lions... De La Torre earned Cal Pac offensive player of the week honors for the week of October 22... took a total of 52 shots, finding frame 28 times, for a .538 shot on goal percentage... at the end of the season De La Torre was awarded the Payers Player Award and Team MVP award at the conclusion the season, voted on by his teammates...  he also earned the Men's Soccer Most Outstanding Award at the annual Athletics Banquet.

High School
Attended King Drew Medical Magnet School... played four years of varsity soccer for the Eagles... earned All-CIF in 2016 and 2017... team MVP all four years... was the Eagles top goal scorer all four years and the varsity captain all four years he was on the team. 

Personal
Born and raised in South Central Los Angeles... parents Gerardo and Maria De La Torre... one sibling; sister Marlene... played club soccer for LA Galaxy South Bay... also considered attending UCLA before committing to Soka University... intends to concentrate in Social and Behavioral Sciences and study Spanish.
