Oregon was recoginzed by the California Pacific Conference as Honorable Mention for his performance through the season... Oregon played in 13 matches and started in 12 for the Lions... he logged 930 minutes on the pitch... Oregon recorded 3 goals, totaling 6 points on the 2024 season... he took 17 shots with a shot percentage of 0.176 and 9 shots on goal (0.529 SOG%).

2023 - 2024 Season

Oregon appeared in 15 matches and started in 14 matches for the Lions… Oregon totaled 1064 minutes on the pitch taking 14 shots with six on goal for a .429 shot on goal percentage… as a defender, Oregon helped the Lions secure three shut outs on the season.

2022-2023 Season

Played in 15 matches and started in 12 matches for the Lions…scored one goal and recorded one assist on the season for a total of 3 points…named Newcomer of the Year for Soka soccer.

High School

---

Graduated from Montebello High School…played three years of varsity soccer…AD was a 2x Best Defensive Player, voted Montebello Boys’ Soccer MVP his junior season, Division 3 All CIF-SS First Team, and Division 2 All CIF-SS First Team…won league all three years of varsity as an Oiler and made it to the Division 2 CIF Final…also was a dual sport athlete participating in Cross Country.

Born in Michoacán, Mexico and raised in Pico Rivera, California before moving to Montebello, California at the age of 10…parents Jorge Oregon and Erika Diaz…siblings; Zaid, Aylan, and Miranda…played club soccer for FC Valencia-SWAP…also considered attending MT. SAC College, Cal State Fullerton, and Cerritos College before committing to the Soka Lions…concentrating in Social & Behavioral Sciences and studying French at SUA…also fluent in Spanish…hobbies include running, working out, spending time with family, spending time with girlfriend, and playing video games.
