2023 - 2024 Season

Atalla played in 7 matches for the Lions in the 2023 season, starting in three matches. Atalla played between the posts for six of those matches where he faced 21 shots in 349 minutes, coming away with 11 saves and allowing 10 goals...  Atalla had a season high of 11 shots faced against Hope International on August 24… he made six saves in the match and allowed five goals.

Graduated from San Domenico School…played 3 years of varsity soccer for the Blue and Green…received the 2023 Coaches Award…2nd Team All-League in the BCL West…named CIF Scholar Athlete.

Born and raised in Curitiba, Brazil…parents; Marco Antonio and Maria Elisa…one sibling; Arthur Atalla…played for Marin FC…also considered attending William and Mary, Morton College, and Eastern Oregon before committing to Soka University of America…concentrating in Social and Behavioral Sciences and studying Spanish at SUA…hobbies include watching the NFL and NBA and barbecuing.
