Attended Copper Hills High School... played all four years on the varsity soccer team and was team captain for the Grizzly Bears for his senior season...named to the All-Conference First Team... earned Copper Hills High School's Triple-Crown maintaining a 4.0 GPA, 100% attendance and no tardies... also earned the Academic Student Scholar award... created a service group called "Adopt an Elderly" where he and fellow members would take care of he elderly in need in his community... a member of the National Honors Society... studied German for two years. 

Personal
Born and raised in West Jordan, Utah... parents Danny and Heather... Carter's father played soccer for Utah Valley University, and his grandfather Carl Johnson was the head coach and founder of the club soccer program... three siblings; Trevor, Tylar, and Olivia... played club soccer for the Utah Soccer Alliance, and won the Las Vegas Mayor's Cup and the So Cal Cup...also considered attending Beloit College, Westminster, Univ. of Utah, Trinity International, Marian Univ. Westmont, Pacific Lutheran, Drew Univ., and Alfred Univ. before committing to the Soka Lions... intends to have a double concentration in Social and Behavioral Science and International Studies while at SUA... also plans to study Spanish... hobbies include hiking, fishing, camping, dirt biking, hunting and traveling.
