Started and played in all 17 matches for the Lions and scored 8 goals and assisted in 1 for a total of 17 point on the season... earned Second Team All-Cal Pac Conference honors for his stellar play at central defense... also earned Cal Pac Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors for the week of Sept. 24, 2018...took 24 shots and found frame 15 times for a .625 shots on goal percentage.

Started and played in 16 matches for the Lions and scored 3 and assisted in 2 for a total of 8 point on the season... earned Second Team All Cal Pac Conference honors for his stellar play at central defense... took 8 shots and found frame 5 times for a .625 shots on goal percentage.

2016-2017 Season
Appeared and started in all 17 matches at central defense for the Lions... made an immediate impact on the program during his first season... scored 3 goals and assisted 1 for a combined total of 7 points on the season... took 21 shots with 10 finding frame... earned Cal Pac Conference Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 24... was the men's soccer Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative.

Graduated from Frontier High School...a three-year varsity letter winner on the soccer team... a three-time Academic Excellence award recipient...two-time Titan Athletic Leaderships award winner...First Team All-League, Honorable Mention All-Area and Second Team All-League honoree for the Titans...member of the Interact Club, Link Crew, Spanish Honor Society, and Titan Athletic Leadership Council.

Personal
Born in Bakersfield, California...parents Daniel and Shelley Stewart... four siblings; older brothers, Josh and Nick, older sister Megan, and younger brother Jacob...played club soccer for the Los Angeles Galaxy-Bakersfield...his team won the AYSO National Games... also considered attending Dordt College, Beloit College and UC Davis prior to committing to Soka University... studying Spanish at SUA.
