2016-2017 Season
Appeared in all 17 matches for the Lions... started in 7... took 8 shots on the season with 4 shots finding frame... was a spark of energy off the bench for Soka, changing the game for the Lions when he stepped on the pitch...helped his team earn the program's first berth to the Cal Pac Conference Tournament... studied abroad during his spring semester.

2015-2016 Season
Medina was a force on the field for the Lions getting up and down the flank while serving in dangerous crosses...played in 16 matches...started in 12...took 5 shots on the season.

2014 Season
Medina played in sixteen of the Lions eighteen games, starting in two matches.....he took two shots on goal…scoring his first goal as a Soka Lions against Cal Maritime University on Oct. 3... Oscar served as a Peace Ambassador on campus at SUA. 

High School
A 2014 graduate from Jurupa Hills High School...four-year varsity letter winner...captain of his team all four seasons... won three Mountain Valley League Championships... a two-time First Team All-League recipient...also played tennis and American football as a kicker and linebacker where he was a member of the CIF-SS Championship team...an active member of Link Crew, International Baccalaureate, and on the production crew for the theatre department.

Born in Upland, California...raised in Fontana, California...parents Oscar Medina Sr. and Elizabeth Ledezma...two siblings, older brother, Jonathan and younger brother, Sabastian...undeclared concentration...studying Spanish while at SUA...played club soccer for Celtic FC and Arsenal FC...won the Coast Soccer League Championships with Arsenal FC...also considered attending Westminster College, UCLA, and CSU Long Beach prior to choosing Soka University.
