Barrera appeared in 17 matches and started in eight for the Lions… she totaled 829 minutes on the pitch… she tallied 10 shots with seven on frame for an impressive .700 shot on goal percentage… Barrera landed two goals in the net and tallied one assist for five points… her two goals were game winning goals against Cal Pac opponents Cal Maritime (9/17) and Antelope Valley (9/24).

Graduated from Mission Viejo High School…played three years of varsity soccer as well as competing in track and field for the Diablos…3x Principal’s Award…3x Honor Roll Award…received the Coaches Award during senior year…3x Student Athlete Scholar Award recipient…AVID for two years…member of the Agricultural Program for four years…played on the Diablos girls flag football team…participated in Saddleback Strength weight training program.
