ALISO VIEJO, Calif. – The Soka University of America men's soccer program enters its second year in the Great Southwest Athletic Conference (GSAC) in 2026. The Lions will play a 16-match schedule that includes 11 home matches and six on the road, with 13 games counting toward GSAC standings.

The Lions open the season with three consecutive home matches, kicking off with a scrimmage against Pasadena City College (Aug. 22). Followed by another scrimmage against Grace University (Aug. 26). Countable matches will start with Westcliff University (Aug. 29), and Stanton University (Calif.) (Sept. 6).

Soka opens GSAC play on the road at Hope International on Sept. 10, then returns home for three straight conference matches against Life Pacific (Sept. 12), Benedictine Mesa (AZ) (Sept. 17), and OUAZ (Sept. 19), before a road trip to La Sierra (Sept. 22).

The Lions host Park Gilbert (Ariz.) on Sept. 26 ahead of a three-match road swing through Arizona and Southern California, facing Embry-Riddle (Ariz.) (Oct. 1), Life Pacific (Oct. 7), and The Master's (Oct. 10). Soka returns home to host La Sierra (Oct. 13) before one final road match at Arizona Christian (Oct. 15). The regular season closes with back-to-back home matches against Hope International (Oct. 24) and The Master's (Oct. 29).
